President
Jose Leos brings more than 18 years of manufacturing experience, including deep exposure to food and beverage environments, capital projects, maintenance leadership, PLCs, industrial automation, and practical operations challenges. His background gives JLL FAB a valuable plant-side perspective: he understands how equipment problems affect production, scheduling, people, safety, and leadership pressure.
As President of JLL FAB, Jose helps guide the company around a clear promise: reduce complexity for plant teams by providing one accountable partner for custom metal fabrication, installation, rigging, maintenance, repair, and electrical panel support.
Fernando Reyes
Vice President
Fernando Reyes brings extensive hands-on welding experience across multiple welding processes and materials. His role strengthens JLL FAB’s ability to deliver practical, durable, high-quality metal work for demanding industrial environments.
His experience supports the shop and field work that plants rely on: frames, supports, repairs, guards, stainless components, welded assemblies, and custom fabrication that must perform in real operating conditions.
